Getting PUMA Elite card is very easy, you only need to visit the nearest PUMA service station. Ask the attendant for a new card with your approved NIDA.

The only cost associated with the card is the Onetime Initial fee of Tzs. 15,000. The fee will also provide you a Tzs.10,000 initial balance to kick start your journey.

There are dedicated fuel stations which have printers just for printing you name on your card. All of this is free of charge. First register your card and then visit the nearest PUMA service station with a printer for personalization. Ask any Puma station on dedicated station with the printing service.

The Elite Puma card can only be used in all PUMA service stations for fuel, gas and lubricants.

Payments are not made to Selcom but rather to PUMA via Selcom. Selcom is the vendor of PUMA in collection of payments via fuel cards.

Yes, you can top up your card by using a direct code 15050*1#, MNO, Bank or Selcom Wakala. Qn 5 provides the steps on each channel selection.

No, you cannot withdraw the money on the card. The amount deposited can only be used for purchases of fuel, gas and lubricants at Puma service stations.

No, it won’t be possible to transact without your card. This is one of the security measures against theft of funds from your card.

The card can also be used to purchase PUMA lubricants and LPG in PUMA service stations. (all services with Puma stations forecourt)

When your fuel card is lost, you need to report immediately to the local authorities to get a loss report. While waiting for the loss report you can block the card by dialing *150*50#, Select 7 and Select block card. The mobile number used to dial the short must be the primary number used to register the card. After getting the loss report, contact the nearest PUMA station or Selcom customer service center for further assistance.
