Become a Selcom Huduma Agent
In order to become a Selcom Huduma Agent, you will need to first provide us with your KYC. Depending on your KYC, we will either onboard you for Huduma Lite (USSD and App), or Huduma (POS).
For Huduma, you are required to submit the following documents:
A valid business license | TIN Certificate | A copy of your NIDA ID | Business location address
Two passport size photos | Costs: Machine cost, registration fee, data package and starting working capital
For Huduma Lite, you are required to submit the following documents:
TIN Certificate/Kitambulisho Cha Mjasiriamali | Any other ID proof (especially if you have provided a Kitambulisho Cha Mjasiriamali)

Try our Selcom Huduma app & USSD
The App is an alternative to the Huduma POS Device. It allows individuals to remotely carry out any transaction that is possible on the POS at any time from a mobile phone, provided that the account has sufficient funds, and earn a commission with minimal investment. The App is available on PlayStore and AppStore.
